Let it snow…

21 01 2008

We had a fun snow fall the other day (always fun when you’re home and don’t need to go anywhere!!)

Here are the girls walking to the neighbor’s house…

We’re so glad she’s part of the neighborhood now. Our friends next door recently adopted her from Russia. She’s sweet, smart and a bundle of fun energy.

There are a few ways to get rid of snow:
1. Wait ’til it melts…(my preferred method  😉 )
2. Shovel it…(Lexi and Katelyn are demonstrating this method)
3. Eat it…(demonstration, courtesy of Hayley)

Here’s adorable Katelyn taking a brief break…

Once daddy made it home from work, Hayley and Lexi were able to don their favorite hats (thanks Leila 😉 ) and go back out to play…

I’m still a Florida girl at heart, but I love the seasonal changes.  To be able to watch my girls fall in the snow, make snow angels, fight over who gets the snow shovel (yes, really), catch snowflakes on their tongues, sled down the hill while laughing hilariously, hit mommy with a snowball…..PRICELESS!!

Happy and Healthy 2008 to you…

I am so blessed to have had a great 2007.  I have a wonderful husband and the sweetest little big girls EVER.  A great  family and terrific friends.   A fantastic group of professional photography friends willing to share their infinite knowledge and experiences with me.  And the best clients that anybody could hope for.

In my line of work I am fortunate to build friendships with people, who for a brief moment, were strangers.   I also appreciate my friends that have been a part of my life for years who allow me the honor to be their photographer.  I know I’ve said it before but I’ve got a fantastic job!!!  Thanks to all of you who have put your trust in me to document your special occasions and precious moments.  I’ve had a ball getting to know you and I’m looking forward to continuing our friendships.

Thank you also for referring me to your friends, families, neighbors and coworkers.  Obviously that is the best compliment a business could receive and I truly and humbly appreciate it and appreciate you.  I will continue working hard to earn your loyalty.

Thanks again for believing in our talents at PLP.  Our passion to deliver your memories, whether it’s an 8 X 10 paper print or a 30 X 40 canvas print, thank you cards or holiday cards, albums or dvd slideshows, is undying and we’re looking forward to serving you in 2008!

A final thank you to my clients, because of you we raised almost $400 for Huntington’s Disease and Special Olympics in 2007.  As you know, five dollars from each photo session goes towards charity and those are the charities that will receive monies collected last year.  THANK YOU.  Every dollar helps.   I can’t wait to see what we raise in 2008!

🙂 Pam and the PLP staff.
